The amount of dross that have failed for us on the field we

Absolutely, I'm lucky enough to know several actors and musicians (through my own amateurish musical and my writing) and we're all the same. We all have something we're good at but need other people to tell us we're good at it because we have a sneaking suspicion that we're useless wasters.

There are no stable actors.

Most of them have another life, and it might be 'normal' or as you say, it might be unstable. Some actors /entertainers I've known 40 years or more and have gleaned a bit about their private life....they have wives and families, affairs and divorces, and happiness and tragedy just like normal people!

Oh I see I do not agree with your fornication do I? Its an open forum not north Korea. Back under the bed sheets before it gets too dark for you.

Its also a desire to be liked...basically a performer is saying 'look at me'. I had 20 minutes talking to Sir Ken Dodd about 3 months before he died, and as well as being an inspiration, it was obvious that the public persona of 'Ken Dodd' was 100% a rather brilliant acting performance. In reality he was well read(library of 30,000 books) highly intelligent and could speak with great knowledge about classical theatre. He said to me that he still(then) loved every minute he was on stage, hearing laughter from the audience. Bill Kenwright is an actor, and his public life is a performance. When he's at home with Jenny he's probably quite different. As I've mentioned before on here, I once nearly had dinner with BK, Tommy Steele and Laurie Marsh(?) Tommys agent/manager. Unfortunately I couldn't go, because the person I had been invited by had to cry off through illness. Pity..it would have been fascinating to see Bill in a 'theatrical' environment.....while I'd want to talk about Everton !!
...sounds like he would have been perfect company for Bill.... The rest of the party would have been sat at the table in galoshes lol

You choose to be insulted. I choose to call out a disgrace that has took this great club down the path of mediocrity and done very well out of it.
Fornication and North Korea both invoked in your initial reaction. Yes, I choose to be insulted.
Whatever your thoughts on Bill kenwright it doesn't really excuse this sort of nonsense.

There are plenty of good and very good actors and there are thousands of poor and absolutely crap actors, Billy was one of the latter group, pathetic, most probably realised it and became a minge bag producer, but not as tight as Ken Dodd, he was the master of minge bags, but very funny with it.

I suspect esteemed GOT colleague, @Steve Wigan . will not let this slur slide...

Cueing Steve: 3....2....1...

Steve, I know you like Kenwright so I’ll give that one, very lucky bracket, in fact I’ll add to that, I’d say very, very ,very lucky bracket. Steve I was right about Doddy being a minge, wasn’t I, he wouldn’t give you a fright if he was a ghost.
