He has failed in these responsibilities over an 18 year period. There is not a jot of evidence that he has even concerned himself with delivering the responsibilities. Under his watch we have a litany of 'spiv' type initiatives aimed at his survival whilst the club existed financially until Moshiri, from 'hand to mouth'
His refusal to recognise the situation he has caused and step down has/will result in him being forced out as a complete failure.
