Yeah but minority still lives Farhad in charge, we need him removed altogether, he dosent seem to be the type who will stay in the background, he acts alone too much, its a good start though if we do get MSP in but only once Moshiri has fully gone can we relax
That's not going to happen until the stadium is finished though and I fully understand that, I just want him to go back to pre Lampard where we didn't hear from him at all for about a 1 1/2 years and where he seemed to stay out of things, hopefully with proper people on the board he will stay quiet until the stadium is done then just sell and go.

is this a joke ?

he shouldn’t be able to take any honorary title he shouldn’t even be able to show his face at goodison again wether we stay up or not , he’s one of the worst things to happen to our club and should be treated like it

Agree. He will continue trying to have his say or making himself centre of attention. There should be no honorary titles, positions, awards, statues or anything else

Removal means removal

To allow Everton to move forward without him trying to worm his way back in, including in the lounges on a match day or trying to be lauded for absolutely nothing but failure.

I'll never slag Kenwright off. I remember one night in Autumn 1995 when I was working in Stockport, and I went along to the small Garrick Theatre near where I was working to check out a rock musical about the whole Arthurian legend thing - which sounds cheesy, but was alright in its own way. Anyhow, Kenwright was there, checking it out in case it was worth looking at a West End treatment (it wasn't!), and I got talking to him about the recent cup final etc. I liked him, and when I took my seat it turned out by sheer coincidence that he was sat next to me, so I ended up taking to him quite a bit.

No matter whatever else you could say about him, the impression I took away was of a genuine man who absolutely loved all things EFC. I was in no doubt that had he not been on the board he would have been in the ground anyway.

I don't care about winning things with a bunch of hired hands and mercenaries, I'll leave that to the shower across the park. I want us to win things, of course - but I will never, ever criticise someone, in these days of the soulless and eviscerated game we see so much, who has his heart and soul invested in the club and who wants that success as much as the fans do.

Everton, that. And I'm proud to stand by that belief.

I believe all the old ladies in the Hyde area of Manchester, thought Harold Shipman was a kind and caring GP too.

Talk is cheap

Snake oil salesmen often have the gift of the gab. They're still selling snake oil

Unfortunately too many people seem blinded by sentiment.

I don't care about winning things with a bunch of hired hands and mercenaries

That is an extraordinary statement too. 🤷‍♂️

Everton is about winning things. Or we should just wind the club up!

Lol, imagine Bill Kenwright getting some kind of statue or a stand named after him. Isn’t he our least successful chairman in modern times, like he’s literally overseen a period of zero trophy wins and managed decline?

It would be an absolute disgrace. Spitting in all our faces

Putting a statue up for literally, the most unsuccessful chairman in the history of the club, where the club under his tenure has won no trophies

That would be around the time he destroyed the Liverpool Playhouse Theatre and made all the staff redundant.

See if you can find anything from them saying how nice a man he was way back then.
I never knew this, mate ?

I could probably name you at least 2 dozen mates and ex colleagues who he shat on. There's only ever been one thing that matters to Bill and that's Bill.
How did he stitch up the Playhouse?

Many years ago before I knew the truth about him I met somebody who had dealings with him in the theatre business. To my then surprise he told me what a nasty, vindictive, arrogant person BK was. I took it with a pinch of salt as I was at that time under BK's spell but nevertheless I never forgot what that guy told me. Lo and behold, it turns out he was spot-on.
