They‘re not being made redundant though mate because it’s the role the gets made redundant and this is not the case as there will be a replacement Chairperson and a replacement CFO and a CEO. I guess Sharp‘s role is being made redundant as I wouldn’t have thought there would be a need for a replacement Pandafile on the board.

You are right though, they are being asked to leave so they will get a significant severance payment. It just shows how poor we have been at performance managing the board, we can’t even sack them for under performing against targets as there likely wasn’t any.

First of all, apologies for any insult. I was sick and tired of the same old unsubstanciated claims. If as you say, he didnt want sell then there wouldnt have been any substantive talks or need for NDA s. Your last point is just conjecture again. If multiple parties were a tad interested this could easily be released to the press. Just want to stress though, that i want him gone too, for the many reasons that are factual.

my last point wasn't conjecture.
He said he was searching 24/7, he said it loads of times.
It might not be true but it's certainly not conjecture on my part.
As for how many deals didn't materialize, that could well be conjecture on my part but I think it's reasonable to assume that Moshiri wasn't the only person to hold talks about buying EFC
