Whatever we think of the board - remember, it's one man who could, and should have made changes years back.

I don't find myself asking why Kenwright won't go/leave, I find myself, as I have since 2016 asking myself why Moshiri hasn't bothered his arse to bring in competent professionals and allowed them to run the club.

I believe he has 'local/Evertonians' in place as lip service and he makes all the big decisions.

You could have the best board in the world, but if the owner ignores them then it doesn't matter.

he’s definitely using kenwright as a lighting rod , but for me it’s karma that kenwright takes a lot of the blame for moshiris messing up after he got away with murder for years

It's massively frustrating that Moshiri has entrusted these idiots to look after his investment.

It's not hindsight stuff either.

I can find posts/tweets from 2016 when I'm saying the same as I am today - and I certainly wasn't a minority voice. Everyone knew it.

It's why I think fans would do well to remember, that Moshiri can of course remove Kenwright whenever he likes. It's he who is allowing this to drag on.
 
Reading between the lines I would speculate that MSP has insisted on Kenwright selling his shares and he is trying to extort a future much higher value, hence the figures bandied about. We are at an impasse which will no doubt scupper any transfer activity til he's gone.

We knew this was going to happen though lbh. Mr Everton himself was never going to go quietly without having the final word.

Yeah they do it all the time and it doesn't give people the full context of what has been said. Really crap twitter account and click bait and sensationalism is more important to them than full context and perspective.
