I'll never understand the weird mindset some people have. Somebody died and he automatically becomes elevated to sainthood?! Why ffs?! He was an objectively horrific chairman, and a total egomaniac that sacrificed the general wellbeing of the club for his own personal gain and vanity. He was a total narcissist who was quite prepared to throw anyone and everyone under the bus to save his own skin, all to make himself look good and keep control of his toy train set. That's not an opinion at this point. Its documented fact, proven time after time after time and him being dead doesn't alter the facts.

And now we have his true legacy.

Minus ten points and our good name sullied under his chairmanship.

Out of respect for all the good he did and he did do good and for those friends and family he left behind, the best thing would be to forget him and make sure his name is not associated with the new stadium and Everton post Moshiri and animosity over him left to fade.

Given what has happened I would imagine any attempt at putting his name on a part of BMD is not going to end well, even if it is the bogs!

That was then, this is now, let's look at it as a new chapter (even if it is slightly gruesome atm)

I think it is possible to forget hIm but never ever forgive him.

We're the classic case of sliding doors...

Just imagine if he'd have put his ego to the side for a minute and worked with Paul Gregg we'd have had Kings Dock boxed off and then agreed to let Sheikh Mansoor buy the club?...both these situations weren't pie in the sky, unfortunately the reality is somewhat different.

He'd have a statue outside and end named after him.
And 115 charges against us

Pretty much this, it doesn't matter how much of a lovely bloke he was, most of us are here because of the football club and his grubby dealings in football has seen him destroy the club, that's his legacy with the club
