I’m speaking out against Moshiri more than speaking up for Bill. Him and his boss man, Usmanov, have been the ultimate overseers of Everton becoming perpetual relegation battlers.

I went back to page 708 and saw people wanting him to leave and expressing dissatisfaction with the job he'd done for many years
If he had done a better job they wouldn't have been expressing dissatisfaction
What's the problem here? And why would you bring that up when he's recently died? Nobody's asking him to step down now are they?

might have something to do with Moshiri losing millions due to his bad mistakes where the club is concerned and Kenwright making millions from his. Oh and Moshiri did promise a stadium and he is delivering it even if its not all smooth sailing
