I totally agree they seem to know what they are doing ( except their transfer policy lol ) and I think at the first given opportunity they will look to sell the RS for a profit. Kenwright has had 20 odd years to get it right but seems no nearer to getting the "investment or sale" he says he's the best man to get it for us.
personally don't think he's trying to sell. just looking for someone to inject cash into the club, which won't happen as if someones putting significant cash in the club they'd want to be in charge

Everton are a dying club similar to Leeds United, only difference we haven't been relegated yet.We can't compete in this city because of the RS influence everywhere ,there will always be obstacles in our way.
Is this you?

Whether it's a sale or investment he's done a terrible job at both lets be honest. Like I mentioned previously it seems to me they all have a "can't do/won't do" attitude. Anyways, back to these designs, I've seen them previously and it looks all doable apart from the bit where it costs money and I'm afraid under this current board as others have mentioned, I would be shocked if we made any inroads whatsoever regarding a new stadium or redesign Goodison Park ( which I think would be 95% of our preferred choice )

Who's planning on paying for this?

Looks great and I'd love to see it, but where's the funding planned from?

Anyone can knock up a design. Need to have the board onside for it to occur. Without a plan for cash it's just as pie in the sky as anything the board are accused of.

I'm not taking sides, just saying. I'm actually pro-redeveloping GP, I'd like it.

Architect should be known. Why wouldnt he/she be out there saying it's my plan?

Full details of redevelopment of goodison have been on keioc website for years
Have I look they show how it could be done over 2/3 phases
It is an interesting read well thought through

I would dread the day if we ever left goodison. But we can't afford to be left behind. So i would love us to redevelop goodison and in doing so keep that special atmosphere.

I'd love us to get a shiny new ground but let's be honest with ourselves, it's never going to happen. I was always against the redevelopment idea simply because, like a big kid, I wanted a shiny new ground.
If it can be done, and there's no disruption to attendances, then let's do it.
If we sit around for another 10 years we could be left so far behind it doesn't bear thinking about.

Im afraid this is merely a change of tactics here. BU saw that Board hathred wont carry them long so now they have took, I admit, pretty clever stance with this "stay at goodison" campaign.

Childish, do you actually live in Liverpool? We are miles behind the [Poor language removed] in the popularity stakes, even kids that live close to Goodison all wear LFC kits, There is NO hope for any future support unless we act NOW.

Tbf though Finners they've had these designs on their website for years as someone has mentioned above. I think the point of the meeting was to get some feedback from those attending about some form of protest against lack of stadium move or at the very least to highlight that a rebuild at Goodison is possible of everyone pulls in the same direction.

But showing a possible alternative must be a far more agreeable way of "moving on" than pointless slogans and protests. I am pretty impressed by the whole exercise if I am honest.

Evolution not revolution and all that.

Hahaha and I bet everybody round Anfield supports them as well lad? The citys all red innit.

Wow.

The Board never said it wasnt possible, they simply said it wasnt affordable.

And they are 100% correct.
