Went to St Michael's Mount near Penzance, Cornwall a couple days ago. You can walk across the bay when the tide is out, then have to get a boat back when it comes in!

Not had a lot of spare time, allied to few subjects as usual.

Just a couple from today - a small young wolf spider on an apple on the ground, and disabled bluebottle - it has only half a wing on the right side.

Took these, and a bunch more, while on the Bodebrown Beer Train / Serra Verde express from Curitiba to Morretes, Brazil. The train ride is scenic enough to be high on Trip Advisor's things to do there. Then factor in three cars full of craft beer enthusiasts drinking some of Curitiba's finest craft beers and pretzels/breads.

Yeah, trading in cider on an apple under the tree, this wasp was nissed as a pewt by the time it had, struggling to fly away, in a very haphazard fashion!
