Thanks @arch stanton Same for me, B&W is just such a classic style and a great technique to remove the distraction that color can bring to a picture, such as was the case in this pic.

A pumpkin patch and a beautiful shrine

She did seem a little deflated, so I assume she has done her duty and left eggs safely tucked away, now sadly her days are numbered. If the clutch is fertile, hopefully next year there will dozens more to see.

While waiting for the car to (fail) it's MOT (until the fix tomorrow when it will pass! (just some welding, nothing too expensive))... I had an hour walking around the nearby Avenham & Miller parks area by the River Ribble in Preston, and took only the LOAWA 15mm wide angle macro lens with me. Took a fair few, and here is the selection.
