I can smell fall
in the air
my eyes behold
golden leaves as
they descend slowly
onto the ground
the dying of summer
brings on fall
oh, the wonder of it all.
The Autumn colors
such a splendid marvel
painted all around me
covers me with
feelings of compassion
knowing this beauty
that surrounds me,
is only for a short time
until all the land,
will be barren
on this spot,
where I stand.

That's a very specialised lens Sassy - it is for macro, but because if its design can be a wide angle landscape lens. Very niche.

Tonight it is cold, wet, and a bit too breezy. A quick midnight look in the garden finds only young aphids, loads of hard-as-nails woodlice, and the odd elongate springtail.
I took 3 pics of the latter.
Just about 2mm long, so a fair crop even at 2:1 on the lens...
