For anyone going to the game watch out for Andrew surman. He's a delightful footballer, plays the game perfectly suited a year or so ago for how our team now plays. Pity he is too old. Seriously under estimated tidy player.

3-1 Everton. If they come out in the first half like last week I don't think you'll see them take their foot off the gas like they did in the second half last week. Need to learn early to put teams away when you can and keep pushing for goals, don't sit back and invite them to take shots.

If Baningime too, is unfit, and with Joe Williams being loaned out to Bolton this week I'm struggling to see any other alternative other than sticking with Dowell as the option off the bench with the alternative of dropping Sigurdsson further back. Neither of them are defensively minded of course. Denis Adeniran or young Alex Denny are the other alternatives in the U23s but it would be a surprise if they were to feature. Let's hope Gueye/Davies can last the 90 mins.

Yeah I was thinking the same. Dowell should make the bench. But maybe Bernard is fit enough to make the bench and when he comes on push Gylfi further back.
