This one is pretty much on Freddy Roach. Your letting your ace guy, who really doesn't have to lose any wt to get to 130lb get into the ring with a dude who you know from the last fight is obviously so jacked up on roids that he's put on 25-30lbs of muscle at 145lb. Why the hell the Pac-Man camp didn't insist that this fight be at 130 is beyond me. Shockingly dumb, and given the way Manny takes punches it could have killed him.

Yes Paq was on the offence and basically walked onto it. Think anybody who gets caught like that is always gonna be knocked out.Great counter punch for the knock out. First knockdown was a big punch aswell. Looked like Paq thought it was gonna be a body shot then he came over the top instead and Paq was covering his body so felt the full force of it.
I'd like Pacquiao to retire for his own sake, rather than be humiliated against Mayweather.
Don't get me wrong, as a boxing fan I'd like to see the fight, but there's only one winner there. The fact Marquez has knocked him out with a counter punch shows you exactly what Mayweather would do to him, only quicker, harder and more efficiently.

I don't even really want to see that fight now to be honest. It should have happened two or so years ago at the latest. Both are past their prime, Pac man is one of my favourite boxers of all time, Mayweather is a bellend, although I'll probably admit a slightly better fighter, and I think you're probably right about what would happen.

Having The somewhat controversial Hernandez as your 'conditioning coach' probably helps . If you bring someone like him into your staff then you have to expect the whispers about ped's. Although given some allegations against roach & manny in the past I'm not sure roach's faux outrage is going to be to well received.
