I avoid one night stands completely

You've got to be so careful. All it takes is for an under age person to sneak into a club or for a woman to be just a tad too drunk to fully give consent and you're deep in trouble

Best just to take a phone number or add them on Facebook and follow up on it the next day when you're both sober

If it then turns out they are under age, you end it there and then and you haven't done anything illegal

Got to look at it logistically.

Whilst it's entirely his fault, if the scenario occurred where he knew her age, and was messaging her via text or social media, then he deserves to rot in jail doesn't he, there's no but's about it.

However, i believe in my mind, and this was the first conclusion i came to anyway, that he's a bloody idiot, as his bird is hot, but the supposed rumours are that he's a bit messed up and likes to get mixed up with drugs, whether it's true or not, who knows, but sounds like he's just went out, pulled a girl who he thought was 18, in a nightclub, and then she didn't tell him, and when the next day came, the girl let slip what happened and the police got involved, naturally.

Either way, he's a bloody idiot
