I seem to remember him getting good reviews from the forum when he came in to cover LB even though it wasn't his natural position.Sending him to Pullis proved to be a mistake compounded by the Sunderland move.psycology is a huge part of a young players game.Silva might be the coach to turn his fortunes around,time will tell.
 
Would be best for all involved if he moved on for a nominal fee with a high % of any profit going to us. Wouldn't even bother with a buy back option.

Wont happen because he's on relatively big wages though.

He couldn't get in a Sunderland side that was relegated to League One. How would he have been better than Cuco?

He looked good a few years ago and has gone to crap since. He is the new Luke Garbutt.
 
The loan to WBA knocked the lad.

He was very promising when he came in to the first team in Martinez's last season. Playing out of position in a dreadful defence, but it wasn't until Xmas that any problems started to set in.

If there's a move available he should take it. If we are in for Tierney, I also think we need to be offering a player or two as a sweetener.

Galloway and Robinson (loan) would be perfect. Although it seems as though Robinson is going to be given a run out with the first team in pre-season.

At absolute best they’re the same level of effectiveness. But I think Galloway might sneak it just because he can kick with his left foot. Martina wouldn’t get a game for Sunderland either.

I can't think of a player in our history who you could insert in there. You are kidding aren't you? He can't even take throw-ins, he has no attribute over 3/10.
