..it’s a shame how his star has fallen so drastically after looking so promising when he first came in. Hard to see him getting anywhere near the match day squad, I imagine Browning is ahead of him in the CB stakes.

I thought he looked good as well.
Watched him first game when he got dropped into the 23's his attitude stunk didn't look interested , hasn't had a lóok in since.
It will be hard for him to turn his career round at Everton now.

He`s very similar to Holgate in the way he plays, but he seems to lack the necessary aptitude and application to succeed at this level. Possibly the Championship too, judging by the reports at Sunderland last year.

Expect to find him floating around the lower leagues in the very near future.

Just a guess here, based on no evidence - is it possible that he's one of the many young players who thought that they'd "made it" in reaching the first team, and hasn't realised that you've got to prove yourself in EVERY game?
