I know we can't question Carlo but...
Plays 3 at the back when the players are not suited to it.
Played two midfielders as wing backs.
Plays an injury prone midfielder who's legs have gone as a wing back and has no left back to cover for the almost inevitable injury he suffers.
Has no.pace on the bench when he has Gordon and Nkounkou available for selection.
And finally and most disturbingly brings on Tosun once again.
Sorry, but Carlo is costing us points here.

Carlo just gets good players in and tells them to go out and do what they do, if that doesn't work he's clueless.. more if a scout than a manager

He is good when their players are tired but he doesn’t help us enough defensively for me and that is an area we are struggling at the minute.

I don’t doubt his ability, I just think we could try and time it more effectively.
He is the only one that would have created that chance though.
We need him on the pitch as much as possible and need to stick to a system that plays to his strengths.

We are severely missing Digne for his width. Godfrey was good today, defensively. But he is not a wingback . This lack of width restricts Richarlisons ability to support DCL because he is tasked with keeping the width. We need to play a left back at left back. Nkounkou starts today, I think we win that.

Also bin off the 5 back, it ain't working.

I think we can safely say a finish of between 12th and 15th is on the cards. Miles off the likes of Liverpool, City, Spurs, Chelsea and Leicester. Comfortably worse than Wolves, United and Southampton, and over the course of a season can see Leeds, Arsenal and West Ham fight for more points than us.

Yep 12th-15th for us. Nailed on for me. It’s Silva all over again this. One point from Southampton, Newcastle, Leeds and Burnley is shocking but that’s how we’ve been for seasons now. Nothing changes.
