What worries me is that in the games against Newcastle, Southampton, Leeds and Burnley, player for player we should be better than all those teams, yet we got one point from those four games. Is it lack of fitness? Lack of motivaton? The wrong formation and tactics?

Or maybe we think our players are better than they actually are.

I think the difference is that most of the teams he's managed have had boss players to start with so he's only had to go in and tweak it, I think he's even mentioned that a lot of the subs benches he's had at his other teams the subs have been as good as the players starting the game. He's now inherited a poor squad of players so he's almost starting from scratch so is going to need time to sort it out, that's why it's daft some are calling for his head.

Yep, but he's not going to get that kind of squad at Everton. Richy, maybe James and others will be gone at the end of the season, then we'll have to start again, and again, and again. I don't want him sacked, but I feel sure he's not going to do what we all hoped here.

After losing 4 out of the last 5 and being mostly cack in them i never even bothered watching this today and listening to the radio Merseyside call in i was right not to. Not watching them again until they decide to be assed and do their jobs i.e being professional footballers who can pass the ball to a team mate and put their heart into every minute of every game. They can honestly k'off until then.
