Olsen
Iwobi - Holgate - Keane - Nkounkou
Doucoure - Godfrey - Allan
James - DCL - Richarlison

Godfrey is a dm and good with the ball, when we attack he will drop to make a back 3 and the fullbacks to push on
Iwobi can't play as a standard RB. If you're using that system then I think it has to be Kenny and at that point I'd rather we just went with Iwobi RW and James in midfield. It is Burnley after all.

Would play Olsen myself against this lot, also for all his faults I would stick Mina back in alongside Keane, they have height but no pace in Wood up front, flat back four for me,all big lads Holgate right back, Nkounkou left back, give us a solidish!!base to build on,COYB,need this today, tough month coming up for us.

3 at the back is clearly not working based on how many chances we gave up to Leeds, so back to 4-3-3 where we at least have a chance to dominate the midfield.

Pickford was half decent last weekend so no way he gets dropped.

Also Iwobi RB? Please stop. Even Davies would be better there.

The is an absolute chasm of difference between attacking talent in these sides. To win all we have to do is match their work rate and not make unforced errors. Unfortunately in every single game since and including the derby we have been out worked and made massive defensive errors. Forget the formation, if both those things don’t change you don’t win games.

This has draw written all over it. One thing that never changes with Everton we can’t just have one bad result then bounce back, as soon as we lose one we go on season ending runs that last months. I ve no doubt we will go on a run in the new year whereby we win 6 of 9 with a few draws and everything will be rosey again. But the reality is too much damage will have been done in the run we’re in now and we probably won’t surpass 8th again

I knows it's only stats and I know stats don't win matches yet when was the last time we had a player in the top 5 for.. Tackles attempted, passes, chances created, goals scored and shots? We do now and I'd love to see that all come together later.
