Really disappointed that the kids don’t get more of a look. I’d rather see Nku or Gordon struggle than see players on the downside of their careers struggle. Brathwaite had a few bad errors when he played after the restart but he put in a good shift and it was exciting.

We need bodies, especially young bodies, as depth in this congested season. Get them some playing time. If not against Burnley, when FFS?

I thought about changing my Sky Sports package to include BT Sport but then thought how bad I would feel on top of a bad performance or a loss after I'd committed myself to an even bigger monthly bill!

If you did do it then the best thing to do is put the game on just as it kicks - off because all you will hear in the lead up to kick - off is the presenters trying their best to bring the RS into the conversation. We've already had the girl going on about how she lives in Liverpool and how we are living in their shadow, and how exciting it is to be a RS supporter etc.

Each to their own like, but Delph isn’t as bad a player as people make out in my opinion. I mean I don’t really warm to him and think he was a terrible signing but he’s better than Davies, Gomes (Post injury) and Sigurdsson in the middle I think.

Ok I’d say he’s an ok midfielder and I wouldn’t mind him in a 3 with Allan & Doucoure see how he does as opposed to last season playing in a 2 man midfield with Sigurdsson or Gomes.

He’s just not a left back and shouldn’t be getting shoe horned out there just because he’s more ‘experienced’. The lad has no pace about him, he’s slow to react and is prone to giving silly fouls away. I can’t help but feel the lads legs will fold underneath him the minute he ventures a yard into the oppositions half. He’s the least person you want playing in that position, especially with the way we play.

God help us when starts there next weekend against Chelsea’s decent wingers.
