They played a clip of him on the radio this morning talking about turning down Han Solo, because he thought it was a lame B movie and turning down James Bond because he couldn’t do the accent and he didn’t think an American could be James Bond.
He was cool in Smokie and the Bandit and in Boogie Nights. I enjoyed the original Mean Machine as well.

Still haven't watched Deliverance.
Burt being the first centrefold in Playgirl was a cop out with no nads on display.
Brilliant in the Smokey films, and quietly menacing in Boogie Nights.
