I hope France go through. The comedy factor of them not qualifying now will be lessened come the tournament when their matches will be much more appealing to watch than Ireland's.

Agree that France is a more appealing team, but I just happen to like the Irish a lot more. Anelka vs Carsley, or Ribery vs Neiler, it's no contest really.
