Hate to say this but didnt robbie fowler kick the penalty to a keeper becuase he knew it shouldnt have been one in the first place.

You didn't lose that game because of Henry, you still needed to score to ensure you went through without pens.

You lost it because players like Keane and Duff missed guilt edged chances. Simple as that. It's far too easy to blame others than look at your own team's performance.

Just want to say how proud i am of our team tonight, we were the better team throughout and deserved to go through and also i will be expecting a public apology from henry or i will lose repect for a man i held in high regard, im absolutely gutted and the world cup will be a worse tournament without us and our brilliant fans in it

Henry didn't intentionally cheat - it just happened. It happens. The ref ****ed up, the linesman ****ed up, fifa ****ed up, and it goes on.

Bottom line is Ireland should have won that game easily and they never took their chances. Mind you don't mind too much, I doubt many Irish will be cheering on England this summer.
