Let's hope it's the last time we have to see the majority of that lot. They proved last season that they have no desire to play. They don't care about Everton.

Don't scrap it - use it as a testing ground for rule changes. Starting off by scrapping offside in the competition. Would pull in the crowds just for the prospective heightened entertainment value. Lampard would reveal his limited tactical flexibility and we'd still fail to score, going out in a 6-0 defeat to Harrogate.
