CARABAO CUP DATES

It's not been confirmed as the 17th September. Might say that date on the website, but it's still only penciled in for now. I read the other day that, for some reason, it can't be the week commencing Monday 16th September, and instead would have to be either Tuesday 24th or Wednesday 25th September.

I hope it's the latter, the U21's play Stockport away on the 17th, I wanna tick another ground off that night.
The other lot play in Europe away on the 17th so they will be at home in the cup the following week. Probably means we`ll be playing the first week as it means the Police only have to deal with one game each mid week.

Anyone know when the tickets go on sale for club members, I can't find anything on the official website.

Official Members can purchase from 10am on Monday 9 September. Those supporters wishing to purchase during this priority period can do so by joining the Official Membership scheme by clicking here. Additionally, any Season Ticket Members who did not claim their own seat and should wish to purchase alternative seat(s) can do so in this priority window.

'Conveniently' at the same time as Newcastle if you're eligible for the first priority window

The EFL and the FA continue to denigrate the game they are supposed to be custodians and caretakers of, aided and abetted by the corrupt premier league and uefa.

PSR, financial fair play and the legalised match fixing of this current corrupt version of VAR killed footy, it has been dead for a while, these latest “improvements” are just defiling the corpse.

This seeding nonsense and euro teams being unable to play each other stinks of the scab 6 getting their way again after their post-ESL demands for backing down and not destroying football for good.

Instead of the authorities completely throwing the book at all the clubs involved with bans from multiple competitions or transfer bans etc, they gave them a tap on the bum with an ask to make a donation to grassroots football pathetic fine (still no proof they have done this) and then continued to allow them to call all the shots.

Same goes with the new CL format, all just to give more money to the few scab scumbags involved.

Glad we are still in it of course, and a home draw is all we could ask for in goodisons last season of football, but they want the usual suspects to win it, like they do every season.
And I don’t blame you for having a go at those in charge of running (?) football at all levels, that’s all we can do and they just laugh back at complaints and carry on with their corrupt way of dealing the cards out.

If I wasn’t addicted to Everton I know I wouldn’t bother watching todays football and I tend to give a good per centage of TV football a miss, a game on TV that was unmissable years ago doesn’t excite me at all now.

I think this is alot of people 30+ at the moment.
I'll watch if nothing better to do etc, but as an example, i prefer watching the EFL highlights on a Saturday night/Sunday morning instead of MOTD
