In the future, I'd imagine. Over the length of contract supposedly offered, that's the main concern.

We can't spend money we don't have, but at the same time there will be resources.

He knows our squad at present and he also knows we are not Man City.

Budget will be a key concern in the overall context of what it is that both he and the club would expect to achieve under his direction.

With the degree of flux in the league, it isn't wildly unrealistic to push for top 4-6 with some sound but not gargantuan further spending.

We don't have to worry directly about budget....money is available in quantity. Its Financial Fair Play which is the problem. FFP is the only financial cap we have.
