In a way feel some sympathy for Silva with VAR and injuries. Moshiri has also stated that he is an exceptional coach and he may be. But therein lies the huge difference and one which will hopefully benefit us going forward:

Silva a good coach (apparently) but Anchelotti a great manager of players and games. The difference between the two styles and what was necessary at EFC is stark.

Often times wayyyyy ahead of you. I usually go in to the editor and have a future transfer (was Kone for £85m and £300k / weeks wages)

if we had him at the beginning of the season, we would have been a contender for top 4 finish...now top 6 is indeed within our reach, provided with good additions in January

I think Silva managed to lose to Villa , Brighton , Bournemouth , Burnley , Norwich and Sheffield United. Just think where we should be in the table if we had been managed by a proper manager , and won most , if not all those games. Absolutely abysmal manager. No hard feelings , but bloody good riddance.

11 points from five games since the sacking of Silva. Dunc, and now Don Carlo, have got more out of the same squad Silva was failing with.

I've nothing against him and wasn't calling for his removal until the last few weeks of his reign but it's now clear that Marco was certainly the problem.
