Having been junior school age during our mid-80s glory years then suffering the fighting relegation era of the 90s and then the slightly above mediocre years of the 2000s and 2010s, I've been a 'glass half empty' sort of Blue for quite some time now.

However, with this guy in charge, my glass is currently overflowing with optimism. It can't be overstated what a massive coup for our club the acquisition of Carlo is. His CV is second to none in the Premier League. This bloke really knows what he's doing.

Of course there'll be a few downs along the way but overall onwards and upwards!
