Silva was sooooooo far out of his depth.

people saying he was a like able character...he did nothing absolutely nothing to endear himself to the fans. Not extra effort and had the personality of a wet piece of cardboard.

one of the worst most clueless managers I can remember. Losing to newly promoted dross like villa, Norwich, Sheffield,Plus Brighton and Bournemouth. Useless idiot.

I hope Carlo buys himself a fine pad in the area.

Never liked the idea of managers living out of hotels I know Jose did it at Utd just think it feels too short term.

On his 4 year deal I hope he settles in the area well.

My dad (God rest his soul) used to say about Silva on the touchline, and I quote 'There's something wrong with him. He just stands there with his arms folded looking at the floor when he should be looking at the match'.

But yeah, strong backroom team. I don't see it as nepotism although it is easy to do so.

When Barca appoint a nobody like Setien and Everton have Ancelotti as their manager you have to pinch yourself and wonder if football has gone mad
Can you imagine the outrage and fume on here if Setien had washed up as Silva's replacement.
Please give Carlo total control , a decent budget Mr Moshiri and let him get on with it.

Didn’t watch the match as was working but heard he swapped the CB patio a to cope with the crosses from the left side better.. his ingame management is awesome

yep spot on , a Cryuff disciple apparently , still a bizarre appointment. Getting a team ( Betis ) to 6th now qualifies you to manage the greatest club in the world.

They have an inclination to go a bit left-field at times with managers. I imagine that's why Koeman thinks he'll get it one day.

Lost to Burnley as well mate. Absolutely useless , he really was
