We played Chelsea, Leicester, United, Arsenal and City in less than a month after he left. We’d played all of the good sides when he left.
Edit: Leicester was the cup game, but still.

Nothing wrong with Carlo, it's the players with the pea-sized balls who will continue to scupper this.
I have visions of Ancelotti chatting to Conte and Allegri and pissing himself telling them about how his new club's players are frightened to play on their own pitch.

Hilarious to think he managed pirlo now hes got delph and schneiderlin.love to see a fully fledged CA team here I reckon we have pieces but no doubt the midfield is not up to the standard he expects
Tbf the turn of form started with big Dunc and the change of formation and a kick up the arse for the players. Just goes to show how completely inept Silva was with his bog standard 4231 groundhog day tactics as this is the same squad now as it was under silva. We are lucky to have Ancelloti in charge and any doubts about his commitment must be in the bin now. Coming here for the money etc, is he motivated after Napoli blah blah blah. Hes literally won everything there is to win in European football so will quickly weed the weak links of the squad out.Imo, we still have a bang average team. As much as I don’t like to put all fault on a manager, or the players for that matter, it is clear that this good run must be because of the one thing that has changed with this team; the addition of Ancelotti.
Kaka, Pirlo, Seedorf, Zindane just a few names he has managed...Hilarious to think he managed pirlo now hes got delph and schneiderlin.
Zidane wasn’t just managed by Ancelotti, but was taught how to manage by him, according to Zidane, of course.Kaka, Pirlo, Seedorf, Zindane just a few names he has managed...
when Zidane, R7, Kaka, Pirlo and Maldini speak glowingly of you then you must be doing something rightZidane wasn’t just managed by Ancelotti, but was taught how to manage by him, according to Zidane, of course.
ExactlyI honestly don't agree Dave, the reason he doesn't stay long at clubs is purely down to the type of Club he has been managing. He states in his book that he wanted the PSG gig to be long term, he then goes onto say that he hopes the Bayern job will be a long term gig. If given an opportunity to finally build his own team then it's here and now and I think he will see it through to the new stadium.
