If they are carding managers, should a yellow be issued first? If a straight red is issued, should the manager not get a two game ban.

far as it goes? We'll get screwed over by the dodgy panel and our manager will have been wrongfully banned or just be smart accept a small fine and not have him banned aka the sensible decision.
