Don’t think we can say anything about Ancelotti ‘rating’ Walcott. He’s the only decent option we have on the right, and he’s still played Bernard there a couple of times.

No secret that we are after a left footed right winger. Doesn’t scream that he rates Theo to me.

I thought Theo had picked up a fair bit since Ancelotti had come in as well to be fair to him. Not a world beater obviously but an improvement

Developed two younger players who are now knocking on the international door.

Developed one further to be a problem for longer and becoming a major superstar (in my eyes).

With no quality on the right.

With a keeper who is bang out of form.
