I think there's plenty of room for proper debate about the merits of the job he's doing in the here and now, but I totally agree that talk of sacking or him not being up to the job is ridiculous.

We have a Frankenstein squad of under achievers that will take more than one summer to root out.
The midfield was made up of last years failures. Why would we expect to get anything else out of them?
Ancelotti is a manager, not a magician. The rate of change is naturally slowed because of the well documented self inflicted problems any this won’t change in one summer.

Doesn’t he want Sigurdsson to sign a new deal and also wants Brands to stay?

I agree, but the problem seems to be how easy it is for sensible debate and occasional disagreements about certain ideas being railroaded by the obvious trolling that usually starts way outside the boundaries of common sense.
