How about that kendall bloke, how did he do in his first 18 months?!I think it’s quite hilarious the lengths his fanboys go to. What’s he won here?
Also, it’s not like we’ve been blessed with stellar managers over the past 35 years to compare him to, is it?
How is he comparing with his managerial peers who are on a similar wage?
To be fair we are nearer 8th than 4th. Games in hand and point from 4th are ‘what ifs’.We haven't finished 8th. And it's a bit misleading given that we are 5 points off 4th with a game in hand. But whatever suits your narrative.

Ancelotti is doing an Ok job, will anyone else do better.
My only issue is he gets away with things our previous managers wouldn’t.
Suggesting we are nearer 8th than 4th, when we are 8th is an odd metric. To be fair we are nearer 8th than 4th. Games in hand and point from 4th are ‘what ifs’.

I don’t blame them, he wouldn’t be half as effective playing in our midfield, imagine making run after run and watching your team mates pass it backwards and sideways instead.Information has it Utd would'nt let Lingard come here anyway.
Martinez as Silva... They worked ot well.I will fella. I’m not anti Carlo - I just don’t think he’s a right fit for Everton. We need a young manager who can manage a long term project and someone who has a style of play. We’re not going to ever compete with Chelsea and Man City for players. We need to bring through youth, develop the academy and be shrewd in the market. Not sign more JRs who are always injured.
carlo has always had ready made stars in every position. It’s never going to work here for him.
Season ain't over mate.Once upon a time I could only dream of having Carlo Ancelotti as manager of Everton and seeing world class players like James Rodriguez playing in the Royal Blue with a new Stadium set to open in 3 years.
Is it the most Everton thing that with all this CA cant finish higher in the league than a Big Sam Everton side!
Failure to qualify for Europe will have to be seen as a failure by this Owner, Manager, Players & Staff. Heads need to roll or we become accepting of failure!
But why are they appointed to manage world class players. .. because they are world class managers.I respect your opinion and respectfully disagree. Managing Maldini and the like is easier than managing Coleman and Sigurdsson. World class players do the work for you.

Agreed.I think we came away from that model to try and give Carlo the tools to get us into Europe, however all our main transfers have been injured for long periods effectively leaving him the same midfield as last season and before which isn't good enough by any stretch.
Too many injuries too key players and we get this because he doesn't trust the fringe players to perform so he shuts up shop instead.
Probably more reason to keep him then if he's already 3rd in hour history in 1 and a half season then you absolute whopper. Also, it’s not like we’ve been blessed with stellar managers over the past 35 years to compare him to, is it?
We need to stick with Ancelott and give him the time to rebuild the club. He’s no Silva or Koeman and he will come good. Players enjoy playing for him and with time, the squad will improve. It's times like this I'm grateful Moshiri calls the shots rather than some of these tools who want a new manager everytime we fail to win a game.
