Playing well is not the same as playing an attractive style. I'm fine with playing defensively and doing it that way but we've conceded the 10th fewest goals this year. We aren't actually good at defending.

Yeah but we currently have enough points if we win the game in hand to have a very good finish.

Thats what I care about.

I won't remember how many goals we conceded this year if we get European footy.

I'm concerned about the process but I agree.

I dont see no process either mate, compare that performance last night to those stinkers we had post lockdown like spurs away last season, its the same lethargic approach and to make it worse we had a way better 11 last night than end of last season

I'm fine with playing defensively like we did yesterday but you still have to score goals to win. There is no contradiction here as bad as you want there to be. I'm totally fine with trying to go for 1-0s most weeks but relying on the goalie to throw it in will not pull that off.

We've only scored 6 less goals than 4th spot, mega squad Chelsea.
