A 10th place finish is another piss poor season. Hard to find confidence and reasons to get excited for next season based on Carlo's first 18 months at the club, has to be said.

They have improved in his 18th months, the problem is other teams have improved at a faster rate. IMHO the home form is the natural level of that squad.

He hasnt improved us at all, not a jot but he gets a pass becuase of other clubs success, it's weird.
Top manager for top clubs with top players, but a terrible fit for us

4 players aren't going to change how terrible the squad is.
