He hasnt improved us at all, not a jot but he gets a pass becuase of other clubs success, it's weird.
Top manager for top clubs with top players, but a terrible fit for us

the football being played is no better than it was at the end of last season when we lost at home to Bournemouth etc

Well that’s a big leap from where we currently are as a team. That would require some serious investment in quality just can’t see it next year. Maybe year after if we continue to improve but as will every other team in the League.

It's difficult for me to rag on 59 points with Keane, DCL, Richarlison, Digne, Godfrey, Sigurdsson, Doucoure, Coleman, Mina, Allan playing the most minutes and the midfielders intermittently missing long stretches. Iwobi, Gomes, Bernard, Davies, Coleman, Holgate off the bench mostly.

There are maybe 4 "top 6" quality players in that entire listing.

Gone from top 4 hopefuls, Europa hopefuls, Europa conference hopefuls, let’s try and at least finish above Arsenal and Leeds, to finishing 10th.

Honestly never despised an Everton team like this one. It’s disgustingly bad.

To top it off they play worse football than Stoke City did when they first came up a few years ago. It stinks.

His biggest error to date was not being more frank about the state of the squad.

That seems to be changing and honesty will be the best policy from now on.

We won't be making Top 6 next year either by the looks of things, it seems way off.

We certainly need a rebuild, and it will have to be done player by player, inch by inch.

I want to see an Everton team without any of Coleman Keane Davies Gomes Siggurdson in it.

We have improved, this season is just a fall out of the last 3 seasons of bad signings. Our squad depth is shocking, just look at our bench today.

Gomes, Davies, Iwobi, Bernard, Allan, Doucoure have less than 5 goals between them.

Richarlison having the worst season of his Everton career so far too many individual errors from our defenders to list.

I’m just glad he’s come out and said he wants to play better football
