Carlo is doing fine we all know if he gets good players we will do things the issue is the fact I ain’t totally convinced that he will get the players to truly do what he wants.

We have a huge opportunity and if we hand him funds now we will get top 4 he’s amazing.

If he doesn’t I highly doubt we will and finish out of the European places and we are back to square one with Allan and Rodriguez a year older.

The signings of these two felt like a make or break

Yes, I’m sure. That’s why we can fall outside of the top 4 in the next couple of hours and outside the top 5 by the end of the weekend.

Yes of course we can, given they'd all have played more games. But that still doesn't change the fact that we put distance between ourselves and other teams with the Sheffield United win. It also doesn't answer, why putting distance between yourselves and other teams, is now more important than finishing above them?

Like what would be a bigger game- one where if you win you go from 2nd to 1st,or when where you go from 2 clear to win the league to 5 clear to win the league?

You're logic doesn't make an awful lot of sense here. It just appears you are randomly attributing games importance based on a pre-conceived fatalism that it will all go wrong.

Allan and James will not decline mch more now. James doesn't rely on pace at all. Allan will be a very decent DM.

We have a young team too. Next uear DCL, Davies, Holgate, Godgrey, Iwobi, Mina etc are a year closer to their peak. Top 6 is important and we can build on that.

Your grammar doesn’t make much sense but here we are.

Putting distance between ourselves and rivals like West Ham for Europe is very important. Results against some teams are more important than results against others as they are ‘six-pointers’.

Ok. That makes sense. So presumably winning against say Leicester, Chelsea, Arsenal, Spurs etc would fall into that category as winning against rivals who will be between 4-8th?

Two really big games coming up away to teams that will have similar aspirations as us this season. Hopefully James can get back to match fitness.

Pickford
Holgate Mina Keane Godfrey
Doucoure Gomes
Iwobi James Richarlison
DCL
Largely the same team that has been successful against the so called “bigger teams” but with added flair of James in for Gylfi and hopefully a motivated Gomes in for Davies.

Digne in for Godfrey Allan for Gomes when they are back.

How about "Tosun gone good and it was all Pickford's fault even though he did brilliant" It is a sobering thought that some of our highly paid pundits would come out with thus sort of bad grammar on TV.
