Our style under Carlo isn't easy on the eye but we win games even if we have to grind it out. For me winning is the main thing, how it's achieved comes secondary.

We haven't got a squad of top class players so we aren't really going to tear sides a new one often. I'm quite happy seeing us win ugly for the rest of the season and hopefully add some extra quality in the summer.

We are hard to beat and Carlo has us seriously well drilled. Some of the criticism he's received off a minority of fans isn't fair. He really is getting a tune out of this squad even if it isn't exciting to watch.

Got to take in to account the amount we played and that was our 2nd game in 3/4 days. Thi time of the season it’s aboutresults

I think the following players are a shoe in when fit

Pickford
Keane
Godfrey
Digne
Doucoure
Allan
Rodriguez
Richarlison
DCL

That leaves question marks over rb and maybe another athletic midfielder.

But the above list that's a lot of players who won't be going anywhere and sometimes this lot struggle to put 5 passes together.

Its definitely something we've got to be looking at and the reasons why we've had a lot of games where the football has been of a poor standard imo.

Hopefully we bring in another 3 quality players, rb, right sided forward/winger and another energetic box to box midfielder.

I also think our levels performance wise drop off a cliff as soon as we start having to use back up players such as Iwobi, Bernard, Gomes etc and shows you our lack of depth.

I don't always agree with the rotation of Ancelotti but you can't knock him the way he's trying to keep everyone fresh and avoid fatigue injuries. He's certainly trying to look after his players and keep them as fresh as he can in preparation for the run in.

The 2 in bold may not be in our best 11 next season
I know I will get stick over DCL but his finishing one on one still needs a lot of work compared to Richy
Richy scores the one on one DCL missed vs the scum ,DCL misses the one Richy scores vs Southampton
We will sign a RB ,RW CM in the summer
Depending on Kean maybe another forward
I don't think Carlo has much faith in King judging by the amount of game time he has given him

We may not be setting the world alight with our football but we are getting results to put us in the mix.
Of the teams we are fighting with Chelsea are on a good run. They rest are dropping points as well and playing poorly on occasion.
United have drawn with west brom and Palace,
Leicester lost to arsenal drew with Burnley,
Spurs until the last 2 were on an awful run and just about beat Fulham,
West ham have been doing well but when they play a big team usually lose ,
The Rs are currently a laughing stock and are struggling to get a shot on target.
We won't win every game until the end of the season. But either will the 6 or 7 teams we are fighting with .
We have probably the best manager of them all though. Let's enjoy the ride.

It’s mad isn’t it. No one other then City playing well. Utd have 2 wins in 8, Liverpool have lost 5 straight home games. Chelsea have improved but are struggling to score like us. Leicester are really in trouble with injuries. Spurs have won 2 but won’t be long till they implode again.
Carlo keeping us in the mix and 3 wins in a row was vital after Fulham/City games
