Logic tells you that he is likely to struggle. He's 26 years old and he's had one good goal scoring season in the Turkish league which was last season. He seems a willing runner and hard working but we already had that. In addition he's playing in a very negative side. It'll be a minor miracle if he's a success.I'm not turning on him, I never wanted him in the first place
I've no idea if he is good or not. I suspect given the league he has played in, the style of football he thrived in and his age that he will struggle to adapt to this Everton side.
Then again I think prime Batistuta would struggle in this side.
Hence why I would have signed a left back and at least 1 passing midfielder rather than a striker and a winger. Then again there must be a reason Sam/Walsh rake in a combined £7m....mustn't there be?

He's totally isolated in a league full of grock defenders, unless he's gets support and our tactics change then he'll end up the same way as the majority of our latest signings.

Do you have any professional experience about football? Or even better, about your own team? Everton???
What is currently the main problem in the team? what is missing? Why we cant get a damn ball into the penalty area?
You should first think about these things before you attach the problems of the team to a new striker!
