We do, but we make bad strikers even worse. It’s an art form.

Don´t you see that he doesn´t get chances because he has poor anticipation? I mean, look at that one Bernard played across, how aren´t either Calvert-Lewin or Tosun getting anywhere near that? He´s just so out of his depth against good centre halves.

The problem is that Tosun could start the next game and DCL could come on for 15 minutes and do more. Both of them just aren´t good enough. They play their best football on the bench because you forget how bad they are.

Why not play both in a 2 up front formation. Ensure that opposition defenders have more than just 1 striker to look after.

Definitely not the answer. Then we´d have two passengers on the pitch rather than one. If you´re playing with two up front you´d need them to be involved with the build up play. Neither are capable of that.

1.5 year loan to a Turkish team with 1/2 his wages covered is probably the best we can hope for.

Hopefully sell for 10M after that. Another Walsh gem.
