Welcome to Barcelonaton FC
He just ain’t good enough for the level we aspire to achieve.
Surely you can see that.
He wouldn’t get into any team in the top six.
We can't attract a striker that would get into a top 6 side.

" If " he opts to play Richarlison up front, now would be the ideal time for him to have a bit of time on the bench and work on his confidence.
Is right.
If anyone is in a position to be judging whether a striker is good enough for EFC - it's one of the most successful strikers, in our history.
If he is not good enough, then neither are the other you just mentioned. He has and does perform at a higher level than all of them.
Couple of off games doesnt make him a bad player. Proper running these with our fans this, its on every player thread.
Not convinced on him but we're not helping the lad out.
Never ready to start upfront for us, and isn't a left winger.
Should be out on loan, or a squad player/an option when we're not chasing a game.
He was top scorer in the group stage of the Champions League last year, he's played at a much higher level and done well than any of the rubbish we have. He also managed goals in a BFS hoofball system last season. I know he should have scored that header yesterday no question about it, but when he had that shot Siggy ran infront of him due to the fact that nobody seemed to know where they were supposed to be playing. He does need to be a bit sharper infront of goal but i don't think this current system is helping him in anyway. He just ain’t good enough for the level we aspire to achieve.

Honestly, people used to give Steven Naismith dogs abuse. He's twice the player Tosun is, in almost every aspect of the game.
And now people are on DCL's back as well, as a 20 year old being asked to play on the wing, and he's still joint top scorer. But Tosun just needs time and better service. The service argument is a massive bugbear for me, because if I was a winger, I'd find it hard to provide assists for someone who just doesn't want the ball as well.
Tosun, Sigurdsson, Gueye and Pickford, can do no wrong in some people eyes, when all of them are average at best being hailed as something they are not.
We can't attract a striker that would get into a top 6 side.
Indeed.
So we're left hoping Tosun can get his finger out and do *something* until January, or we're left with Richarlison up front.
Niasse isn't good enough, Calvert-Lewin, as I said before in his thread;
All in all, I think Everton need a striker. Tosun isn't the answer.

..I simply think that’s wrong. Most importantly, we pay top dollar. We might not get a superstar, high-profile CF but there will be strikers out there with the attributes we need. We pay Brands lots of money to identify and acquire one.
Yeah, you can argue that he should have played the ball through for Siggy, but they both seemed to be running for the same ball at the same pace and it was just classic Everton imo, it summed up our afternoon, they both just seemed to be playing the same position. He should have played it through a lot earlier...
He also wanted big sam and thinks he should have stayed.
