Did you see the United game last night? Lukaku did what he does best.... not scoring when the game is in the balance. He's a wonderful goalscorer at 1 or 2 goals up....

I would have Tosun over him purely for the fact that he can hold and pass a ball to Richarlison.

Lazy criticism which is easily debunked with facts. Lukaku scored our first goal 9 times in his last season here, Tosun has managed it 3 times for us.

Lukaku’s hold up and link up play is miles better than tosuns. It’s not as strong as other aspects of his game so it gets criticised, but it’s a different level to our current strikers. People were making out Tosun had been playing like bergkamp a couple of weeks ago because he played a 2 yard pass to someone 30 yards out who went on to score a blinder. It’s unbelievable the different standards we set for different players.

Because nobody seems to deliver any through balls to him. I’m constantly watching his movement whenever we play and he is making an awful lots of run just that non of our midfielder had the courage to pass to him choosing the safe option of sideways or wide.
Almost all our Attack ends up with crosses and how do we expect him to win header with 2 or 3 defender bear him and alone in the box, and our crosses were awful this season.
