At home against teams who will sit back I think Tosun should be playing. In those games we have most of the ball but can't break teams down and you need someone who can put a half chance away if given the opportunity, which certainly isn't DCLs strong point. Our management of players has been crazy in recent times, no matter how good he actually is there is no way Tosun has been given a fair crack at proving himself and we are left sitting with a dead duck as a result.

This is true. Fox in the box type player.

You could also say Kean would be great on the counter with his pace and power (he seems very Lukaku esque IMO).

He has all the potential to be our "origi" someone you can chuck off the bench needing a goal in the last 10-15 minutes with him being a nuisance in the box.

I would keep him over DCL every day of the week.

Cenk Tosun sprinted onto the pitch when he came on yesterday, when Gomes got injured he was one of the first to go to him when others had to look away, he was even consoling Son ffs!. I was absolutely delighted for him when he scored, brilliant attitude, would love to see him get more game time as one of two up front

Few an far between people like that. He deserves some game time but I wouldn’t start him personally I feel him being a super sub is probably going to be all he is. That being said would be interesting to see him in a two with loads of pace round him opening up the space
 
Absolutely hated his political stance a couple weeks ago but the lad has a feel for Goal when he’s in. Has to reward his goal with a start. At this point it’s hot hand gets the nod
 
As others have stated, he's our only true "target man" and can be useful chasing a goal when we're lumping in crosses from every angle or when we are dominating possession but can't break anyone down.

I know a lot of us want him to play this weekend, but it's an away game and honestly we'll probably be set up with pace to counter.

If we're down a goal late by all means he should come in for the last 15-20 minutes.

I'd be perfectly fine with him starting the next home game vs Norwich. That game should suit his talents
