With a guaranteed spot in the ESL once the league winner is sown up there would no drama at all bar the relegation fight - the chance of one of the rest of the 14 getting a ticket in, even for a season, seems slight.

This is why you can't let them start their new SL and allow them compete in the existing domestic competitions. I'd go further, if UEFA stand strong, they ignore the SL, and re-vamp their own competitions, which have been devalued by constantly trying to appease the scab clubs, to whom enough is never enough, and they have now repaid football by buggering off. Of course, none of the Judas SL clubs get to compete in the other competitions, so all they have is glorified friendlies with the same group.....it'll soon get boring.

They could invite the Championship clubs to replace us. If we breakaway we need the other leagues behind us.

Confidentially clause no doubt.

I have no doubt Jose didn’t mince his words about the Super League and that’s what hastened his departure.

Let’s hope Klipperty, Arteta, Ole Gunner and Pepe follow... they certainly need to.
 
If they just go into this competition and play each other every week then what's the point? - the only thing riding on it will be that specific game - it could all be pointless. I'd love to see the other clubs just boot them out of the league or allow them to apply for re-election to EFL Division 2.

Exactly what I was thinking. The 14 could 'breakaway' (as that precedent has been set by the scab6) and form 'Bremier League', which is recognised by the EFL, FA, UEFA and FIFA. Legal loophole quickly exploited.
