As reported earlier they've already identified 'legacy fans' and 'future fans' they're looking at the new markets for rapid expansion like the US and Asia. They won't care if the 'legacy fans' in the UK / Europe disappear overnight if they can create a market of new fans in the US and Asia that generate them more money.
