Odds on us still not getting European football haha

Extremely high, since from what I'm reading this will only apply to clubs that do not formally withdraw. Reports indicate that Atletico and the Scab Six have already mucked their cards. UEFA is leaning on the rest because at nine withdrawals the project legally folds.
It's not clear what the financial implications might be at that point, but you could argue that Juve, Madrid and Barca are playing their cards this way because they need immediate funds to meet immediate obligations and because they're all in need of a rebuild. No European fixtures for two years lets them hit a reset button and play their kids. It also might be why Juve is potentially in for Kean.
Or maybe they are staying in it as it means the other clubs who pulled out have to pay them massive fees as reported.
What other reason do they have to stay when they cant start the league with 4 teams and they know they may get punished by UEFA?
Also, has any English team officially pulled out? I know they all said they were and some said they had started the process but is there any official confirmation they are out?
Be interesting once they sign this new PL rule
