"Playing for a third club
A player may be able to play for a third club if they move between two clubs with overlapping seasons. This means that the start of the season for both clubs is in the summer or autumn, instead of winter or spring. The player must also have fulfilled their contractual obligations to their previous clubs"

Yeah that’s possible, though technically he has played in the current season in both leagues. You would think that rule would be to allow players who played in the other leagues previous season to play. Seems ambiguous

Was very good for Southampton, when i recall watching him.

Seem to remember him having a blinder away to Newcastle United in a League Cup tie.

Went to Juve for a reason. The move to Brazil isn't quite as defeatist as it seems nowadays.

There's a lot of money in their Serie A atm.
He was Flamengos record signing apparels. Wonder what the reason is for him being available again so soon, but I won’t let that rain on my parade. We’ve got an option that isn’t doucoure. Hooray!

Players may be registered with a maximum of three clubs during one season.
During this period, the player is only eligible to play official matches for
two clubs. As an exception to this rule, a player moving between two clubs
belonging to associations with overlapping seasons (i.e. start of the season in
summer/autumn as opposed to winter/spring) may be eligible to play in official
matches for a third club during the relevant season, provided he has fully
complied with his contractual obligations towards his previous clubs. Equally,
the provisions relating to the registration periods (article 6) as well as to the
minimum length of a contract (article 18 paragraph 2) must be respected.
