This signing will continue to entrench us as a lower half team.

Will continue to force us to sign a new striker every other season.

Will continue to waste money on zero resale value.

Will continue to face goal scoring problems.

Ffs we spent 12m on a Portuguese striker and now we need a replacement for him within 2 weeks?

The £15m spent on Chermiti and £12m offered for Adams would've been better spent combined on signing a proper striker. Surely they could've found someone for £25m rather than splitting the costs on a teenager who's not ready and a sub-par PL forward.

This would have merit if we finished about 14th last season, we are in immediate relegation danger

If we aren't able to score goals with Danjuma, Gnonto, Harrison, Adams....then we may as well pack football in.

Personally think we won't be in the same position last season with that squad as it's a big improvement.

Additionally you're talking all of them for around the price we sold Gordon for.

Maybe Dyche can just get the best out of him like he did with Mcneil who we all wrote off.
Possibly the worst take ever.

McNeil played several seasons under Dyche. When he came through he was regarded as very talented and followed closely by top clubs. But he did not improve as expected. If anything, he did worse season by season.

There was some excitement when he signed for Everton, but we did not need to see much of him to conclude that he was very raw and that he was in desperate need of some proper coaching.

McNeil went from scoring five times in 100 league matches for Dyche. After 4-5 months coaching by Lampard and his staff, he scored 5 times in Dyche's first 15 matches as Everton manager. Looking nothing like the McNeil that played for Burnley.

If it is Dyche that gets the best the best out of McNeil, why did he wait all these years? Why didn't he do it as Burnley manager?

Good in theory. Any names? As most of the league want them aswell.

Gnonto plays for Leeds, we are spending the Gnonto money on 5 goal a season Che
