For me, Demon's Souls is worth it. Played every other Souls game apart from that and its reviews are in the 90s/100 everywhere.
Plus my brother is expecting my PS4 so he can play the FF7 Remake

Anyway why wait a few months? Could die by then like. No time like the present.

I'm a huge Souls fan and think there's loads to be said for getting on something like Demon Souls as early as possible - this is the creative phase of the game where everyone figures out the best way to play, best builds, what is viable in pvp and what isn't, what are the glitches that can be exploited etc etc - be great to be a part of that conversation. You pick it up next year and things will have moved on, it will be more settled.

I played DS3 a few years after release and there are like 4 viable builds for pvp (out of 1000s) - obv still a great game but basically over as far as creative ways to play the game are concerned.

Yeah that's my thinking. I get bored after a while but I normally pay around 24 on sale anyway.

Same here, i'll wait until there's a next-gen game worth buying it for - not really interested in the Spider Man game.

Depends how you look at it. The PS5 currently has 4 games rated 85 or higher on Metacritic. 2 of them you can get on the PS4 too but if you can why not play them on the best hardware possible? Gonna be a while for the price of the console to come down and the games cost the same price as the PS4 versions.

This is especially true if you haven't got a PS4 Pro like me. I'm still on my day 1 PS4.

Anyway, mine has just arrived and I'm very excited. Just have to wait for the data transfer to finish now which is frustrating.
